These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the cedargroveleeds.org website and the Cedar Grove Baptist Church mobile app (together, the "Services"), operated by Cedar Grove Baptist Church, 2001 Cedar Grove Road, Leeds, AL 35094 ("Cedar Grove," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Services.
The Services provide information about Cedar Grove Baptist Church, including service times, events, sermons, ministries, and ways to connect and give. You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and not to submit false, abusive, or harmful content through our forms.
Logging in to a Planning Center / Church Center account is handled entirely by Planning Center and is subject to Planning Center's own Terms of Service. We don't manage your login credentials and aren't responsible for the availability of Planning Center's services.
Information you submit through the Connect Card, Prayer Request, Contact, or "I'm New" forms is used by our staff and volunteers for ministry, pastoral care, and administrative purposes, as described in our Privacy Policy. Please don't submit information on someone else's behalf without their knowledge, except for your own minor children.
Online and recurring donations are processed by Planning Center Giving, a third-party service subject to its own terms. Gifts are voluntary and generally non-refundable except as required by law or at our discretion.
The Services link to and embed content from third parties, including YouTube (sermon videos) and Planning Center (Church Center and Giving). We don't control and aren't responsible for the content, availability, or practices of those third-party services.
Sermon content, logos, images, and other materials on the Services belong to Cedar Grove Baptist Church or our licensors and are provided for personal, non-commercial use. Please contact us before republishing or redistributing our content.
The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cedar Grove Baptist Church is not liable for any damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Services.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Effective" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Services after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
